If an order meets our returns policies, it can be returned at any time up until the later of 14 days after customer receiving the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery.<\/p>
But, unless they are defective,\u00a0we cannot accept returns of custom products, sample orders<\/strong>, or any products that have been\u00a0washed<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0worn<\/strong>.<\/p>If the order is to be returned from a customer in the UK we provide a Freepost returns address. For EU\/ International customer order returns the customer will need to pay to post the items back to us<\/strong>. (See sections below for further details).<\/p>We kindly ask that any items you return are clean, free from marks, and in a resellable condition. They should be free from signs of wear, such as pet hair, strong scents like perfume, or any other damage.<\/p>

For UK orders we offer a Freepost address which you should receive in your returns label when you complete the online returns form. This means UK orders are free to return and you shouldn't need to pay any postage. If you don't have a printer, the email includes a QR code you can take to your local Post Office and they will scan it in for you. Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt for tracking your parcel online. Alternatively, if the parcel fits, you can pop it back to us using your nearest post box, however, it's worth noting you won't have proof of postage for this, and returns may take slightly longer to arrive.<\/p>

Once you've completed the online returns form, received your returns label and have packaged up your items, you'll need to pay to post your parcel back to us. The cost of returning a parcel from outside the UK will vary by country. Make sure you request and keep a proof of postage receipt.<\/p>

If you have received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we recommend contacting the original purchaser as you'll need to know the order number, email address and postcode linked to the products, to be able to use the online returns form. To get your returns information head to the FAQ Contact page and input the order information in the My Order section. There\u2019s a question marked \u2018How do I return my order?\u2019. Fill in the drop down menus for all of the items you want to send back to us, click submit and you'll be able to retrieve a unique returns address and bar code for the items you want to send back to us. If you don't have a printer, simply write out the information by hand and you'll still be able to send items back to us. Make sure to include the number for the returns bar code so our team can process your items when they arrive back to our factory. Package them up, pop them in the post and we'll process your return\/ exchange request as soon as they arrive back to our factory.<\/p>
